The Balcerowo Palace is a neoclassical building with a rich history dating back to the 17th century. This extremely impressive building was built in 1882 by the powerful entrepreneur Leon Grabski. Once, various types of celebrations and balls were organized here to host celebrities from around the world.

Today, the Palace is experiencing its renaissance, and wedding events are endless ... The old park with the historic conservatory is the perfect place for a photo session or wedding, and the Summer Concert Hall is a great alternative to organizing an outdoor party. The chef's imagination and culinary artistry make every party a delicious feast, and stylish chambers and a cellar winery give guests respite.

At Balcerowo Palace we had the honor of hosting many well-known personalities from the world of religion, politics, diplomacy and culture, among others, the President of Poland Andrzej Duda, the US Ambassador Lee Feinstein, the famous composer Krzysztof Penderecki, the Primate of Poland - Wojciech Polak, Józef Kowalczyk, and Henryk Muszyński.

Former Grabki’s Palace

Although Balcerowo remained outside the city structure, it was closely connected with Gniezno, both in historical and administrative terms. In 1851, the intention of the Prussian authorities of Gniezno was to enlarge the city area by including nearby suburbs, including Dalki and Balcerowa. Financial reasons meant that this project was not implemented.

The location in the beautiful, historic city of the first capital of Poland, and the proximity of the provincial city of Poznań (43 km) make the Balcerowo Palace a place that cannot be missed.
